General rental terms of Unbound XR, located at:

The Netherlands
1. Applicability
These general terms apply to:
- The renting party, hereinafter referred to as ‘tenant’;
- The renting out party, hereinafter referred to as Unbound XR or ‘landlord’.
2. Offer
You will always receive a written offer from us via email, stating the rental rate. After agreement on the amount, the tenant receives a quotation and/or (proforma) invoice to finalize the rental agreement.
3. Payment
Payment can be made via a payment link provided by your contact at Unbound XR, or via a bank transfer of the agreed rate. For this, you will receive a (proforma) invoice with the necessary information to carry out the payment. Note: in most cases, payment must be made before the rental period and be credited to the landlord's account, unless agreed otherwise.
4. Bank Details

5. Transport and Shipping
Shipping of rented items should always be discussed between tenant and landlord. Some products cannot be shipped via a standard service (PostNL, DPD, DHL) but must be transported personally or via an external courier service. Rented items may be picked up one day before the rental period and returned one day after the rental period. Example: if a product is rented on Wednesday, it can be picked up on Tuesday and returned on Thursday.
Note: pickup and return of rented items can only occur from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 (location: Kerkenbos 1063M, 6546 BB Nijmegen).
6. Weekend Rentals
In some cases, you may only need rented items over the weekend. The weekend counts as 1 rental day. Example: if you want to use the rented item on Saturday, it can be picked up on Friday and returned on Monday. For this, only 1 rental day will be charged.
7. Liability
Once the agreement is in place and the tenant has the products in use/possession, all responsibilities for the care of the product lie with the renting party. The tenant is (among other things) responsible and liable for:
- Properly handling rented materials;
- Negligence (such as leaving rented items unattended);
- Aesthetic damage due to fault or unforeseen circumstances;
- Functional defects due to fault or unforeseen circumstances;
- Timely pick-up/return or readiness within the agreed times;
- Returning rented items in full (i.e., including all accessories provided).
If damage to rented items is found upon return, the tenant is responsible. If repair costs need to be made, these costs will be charged to the tenant.
