For some projects, it may be useful to use not only the necessary 360-degree camera but also an extra operator. For example, when the organization is looking for an all-in-one project and does not want to switch between the hardware provider and a video project agency

*Example: If you need the camera only on Tuesday, it can be picked up on Monday and returned on Wednesday. This counts as 1 rental day. **If you need the camera on Tuesday and Wednesday, it can be picked up on Monday and returned on Thursday. This counts as 2 rental days

You can directly request a rental quote from us via the button above, but it is also possible to request a rental via the Gearbooker website. Note: The prices on our Gearbooker page are higher than when you request a quote directly by email. This is because you can get aseparate insurance* through Gearbooker.

If you wish to rent a product from us, you can indicate this via our quote form or via email. We would like to hear which products you want to rent (and which accessories) and for which period.

You will then receive an overview of the rental rates from us. You can approve the price via email. Once this is agreed, and a rental agreement has been concluded, you will receive a payment link from us for the agreed amount and we will ask you to sign our onlinegeneral rental conditionsdigitally.

Once the rental agreement is signed, and the total amount has been transferred to us, we will ensure that the rented items are ready to be picked up on the agreed date and time.

Please note: the shipping or collection of items always takes place in consultation. Products may not be shipped with a standard postal service, but must always be collected personally or by a courier (unless otherwise agreed).
