1. Introduction & Personal Advice

We find it important to get to know our customers. We do this by introducing ourselves personally. During this initial introduction, we discuss your wishes and expectations of Virtual Reality, and you have the opportunity to tour our VR showroom. After an introductory meeting, we can schedule a visit to your location. We can then perform a survey to map out the VR hardware you need and how best to place it.

This has the following advantages:

2. Installation & Turn Key Delivery

In addition to selling VR hardware, we also offer an installation service. We arrange a personal appointment with you to deliver the products and connect them on the same day. It is even possible to get a professional Virtual Reality package from us. Under the guidance of a professional team, we build a Virtual Reality Arena and connect the necessary VR hardware.

3. Breakdown Service & Service Levels

Our breakdown service is a service where we are available 6 days a week (from Monday to Saturday) to handle faults and defects in your VR arcade or center. This service can be concluded with us at different levels. Do you, for instance, only want service during the week, or should we also be available for you at the weekend? You can choose from the following service levels*

  • Bronze: we are available from Monday to Saturday from 08.30 to 17.30 and respond within 24 hours;
  • Silver: we are available from Monday to Saturday from 08.30 to 22.00 and respond within 8 hours;
  • Gold: we are available from Monday to Saturday from 08.30 to 22.00 and respond within 2 hours.

 

* The price of the different server levels depends on the number of products covered.
