The headband elite strap is not height adjustable. You can't tilt or rotate the side.

This black headband elite strap is easily attached to the Quest 3. Not only does it enhance the ease of use and comfort of the VR glasses, but it also adds a fun personal touch.
The headband simply clicks onto the back of the Quest 3. The set comes with a PU leather strap which you can quickly wipe clean with a damp cloth. The thick headband ensures that the strap sits comfortably on the head. At the back of the elite strap, there is a handy dial that allows you to tighten or loosen the strap.
