VR headset rental

Our range of VR glasses that we offer for rent may vary from day to day. Therefore, always contact us first to check if the VR headset is available.

• €85 per day (prices are excluding VAT inclusive);
• €65 per extra day;
• €300 per week (7 days).

At the moment, we offer the following VR headsets for rent (subject to availability):

• HP Reverb G2
• Pimax (5K/8K)
• HTC VIVE Cosmos
• Oculus Quest 2
• Pico Neo 2
• Pico G2 4K
• Vuzix Blade (AR glasses)
• Microsoft HoloLens 2 (note, a different rate applies for this)

If you want to rent a product from us for a certain period, it's usually best to indicate this by first contacting us. After we have received your rental request, we will check whether the equipment is available for the requested dates. If this is the case, you will receive a confirmation from us and additional information regarding the rental.

After the date has been approved by us, you will receive a proposal from us with the total costs for the rental. After you agree to this, you will receive a copy of the general rental terms and conditions from us. We ask you to read these and (if agreed) sign and send them back to us. Once this is done, you will receive a payment link from us with which you can complete the rental order.

Please note!Rented items can only be picked up and returned during business days and hours. If you rent a product for 1 day, you can pick it up in the morning from 09:00 and return it the same day before 17:00. If you want to return the product (or accessories, such as SD cards) a day later, an extra rental day will always be charged.
