When you place your online order on a business day before 11:00 PM, the item is in stock, and you pay via a direct payment method such as Credit Card, iDeal, or Paypal, your order is typically shipped the same day*. If the item is not in stock in our online store? Then an expected delivery time is always given on the product page. When a product has a longer delivery time, we try to ship your order as quickly as possible. Your order is placed as a reservation in our system and when the product arrives in our warehouse, it is immediately processed and prepared for shipment.
When you have ordered a product, you will receive an order confirmation from us. Note: Only when your order leaves our warehouse will you receive the shipping confirmation with a track and trace code. If your product is not immediately in stock, the shipping confirmation may therefore come later. If you are not sure if you have received the correct confirmation, you can always contact our customer service.
