There may be instances when things do not go as planned. We advise you to initially address your complaints to our customer service. Our goal is to provide the best possible service and arrive at a desirable resolution. If this doesn't lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebshopKeur Dispute Resolution. Starting February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU also have the possibility to register complaints via the ODR platform platform of the European Commission. If your complaint hasn't been handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.

A problem is always troublesome, especially if it can't be immediately resolved with one of our staff. We would like to work together to find a solution for your complaint. As we aim to provide optimal service to our customers, we find it important to hear if you have any complaints about our service. Please do this - also to limit any possible damage - as soon as possible. According to the law, a complaint is made on time if it is reported within two months of discovery. This also applies if the purchased product does not have the properties you expected based on the sales agreement. It is in your best interest to make your complaints known in writing.
